Newton’s Laws, the foundation of physics. Everyone knows them as the building blocks of how objects on our earth move. Nonetheless, My Little Pony challenged these laws at their core. For, friendship might truly be magic. 

Newton’s laws slap

However is friendship sincerely magic? It straddles the lines in several instances. Numerous professionals and scientific geniuses tested Newton’s laws to ensure that they were the absolute truth. Whereas, My Little Pony has had some controversy with the logistics of the feats presented on the show. 

In the series, there are various types of creatures, but there are four main types that reside in the setting of PonyVille. In PonyVille, there are pegasuses, earth ponies, unicorns, and alicorns︀ [1]. But unlike Newton’s Laws where there is visual and physical evidence of its existence- pegasuses, unicorns, and alicorn’s discoverance has yet to occur to prove that it is an actual entity. 

Many have speculated My Little Pony is building on false narratives that include fantastical stories of such creatures. Especially since not only do they feature these beings but they also incorporate mystical powers and the infamous “magic of friendship”. 

Our research team has taken tests on the effects of friendship in daily life, and unfortunately, the results were quite unsettling. There was none. In a tragic turn of events, lasers would fail to shoot from our team’s foreheads even after rigorous icebreaker challenges despite perceptions formulated from the show.

 A student at Tahoma High School, Diego Chavez, also stated when surveyed about their preferences towards either Newton’s laws or My Little Pony, “Newton’s laws since an object in motion stays in motion. ” 

Therefore, based solely on logistical analysis, the claim that Newton’s Laws are OP over My Little Pony logic is plenty reasonable. 

Why My Little Pony slaps more than Newton’s laws 

 My Little Pony is the answer to all of life’s problems. My Little Pony has so much more to offer than Newton’s Laws. But what sets My Little Pony apart from the laws of motion? Newton’s Laws govern the real world, where there is pain, darkness, and all things despair, but the world of magic and friendship transcends mere science. 

My Little Pony defies all of Issac Newton’s stupid laws, friendship knows no bounds in Ponyville. Newton’s Laws may tell us about the pull of gravity and why and how things move, but the magic of friendship has true power, to put love and happiness into all of our hearts, to bring a smile to our faces, to show us happiness is out there in this despicable world. 

As said by an anonymous student at Tahoma High School they said: “Friendship is my magic and changed my life”. 

My Little Pony teaches us to be our best selves and to treat everyone with kindness, Newton’s Laws teach us the laws of physics, and we don’t need that in our day-to-day lives. Newton’s laws have a limited scope while My Little Pony has the magical power of friendship.
