It’s that time of the year when the clouds over Washington dump all of its rain before spring really starts.

During this seemingly never-ending rain, some people might feel as if they are being trapped at home.

Luckily, I have some solutions for you!

I spoke to a few students to see what fun we could have indoors while the rain runs outside.

One person said, “Hanging at the mall is always fun. Like, you have shopping, food, and movies. What else do you need?”

I agree with them!

Running around the mall with friends or family makes any rainy day better!

However, if you don’t like going out in this crummy weather there are a few at-home suggestions from my friend group

planning what to do this weekend!

“We could do baking. i’m craving cookies.” said one of my friends.

Baking is a great way to spend a few hours and baking or cooking is a great team-building activity.

Plus, if you do things right, you’ll get a sweet treat after!

Another thing that I noted from a later conversation was that a sleepover could be a good idea.

Sleepovers are another good way to build friendships and you can do tons of stuff in one night!

Play video games, board games, pillow fights, and maybe build a blanket fort.

There are tons of indoor and at-home activities to do during this rain shower so call up some friends and have fun!
