Black Friday has been an important event for all around the world every year. It’s a great day for deals and to go holiday shopping. Everyone looks forward to the best deals all year and black Friday is the perfect day for that.
Looking back, deals used to range from sixty percent off to eighty percent off, causing lots of chaos in stores and rage with customers.
Over the recent years most stores have lowered their deals. But this hasn’t stopped customers from crowding the stores on Black Friday. Black Friday is still a day where many like to get their holiday shopping done. It can be a great event to save money on gifts for a loved one.
BTS of Black Friday:
Black Friday is one of those days where most stores will be overpopulated. This makes it really stressful for the shoppers. However, not many think of the workers or behind the scenes of Black Friday. Working shifts on Black Friday must be very stressful for employees.
Jada Whitsett an employee at American Eagle says, “it was very overwhelming to work on Black Friday because there’s so much that has to be done.” This year American Eagle had 30-40% off, leading many to be drawn to the store. They saw this as one of the only days they could find the best deals.
Jada specifically described American Eagle to be extremely crowded. She describes the stores as having “hundreds of people in the store throughout the day.” This can be a reminder to be considerate and respectful of others while shopping.
This year many were respectful while doing their holiday shopping. Tensions would rise over the past years in crowded stores.
Maddy Beach, a shopper on Black Friday says, “I had no bad experiences with other customers cutting me in line. Many respected each other’s boundaries this year considering the overpopulation in some stores.” This was great to hear from Maddy.
In the excitement the Black Friday deals and stamina, it is important to seize these limited offers for not just a shopping spree but a celebration of your new savings through this!
