Music is a huge part of society, I mean who doesn’t enjoy dancing to some upbeat music or just humming along to it while you work on your homework?

I personally listen to music constantly, which is one of the reasons why I know country music is the best genre to listen to. 

Country music is the best genre because it helps fuel multiple emotions with its lyrics, it connects you to old childhood memories, and because the artists are better than others in multiple ways.

A lot of people like to say country music is annoying and repetitive but I completely disagree. According to those same people, the lyrics are all about trucks and girls.

Now, I won’t disagree with that, a ton of country music circles around those topics, but they all talk about it with different lyrics and there is a lot of country songs that do not revolve around those things. 

Furthermore, rap songs tend to circle around the same topics of violence and sexual contact.

I would much rather listen to an upbeat song about a truck and a good time rather than a song about violence. 

Society also claims to like the lyrics in sad songs because they have a deep meaning and country music can also have sad and relatable vibes to them.

I would even argue that they are more powerful than other songs that were meant to be sad.

I say this because country music tends to be louder than other songs so they are easier to scream to and get your feelings out with.

To add on to the idea that country music is powerful and has a deeper meaning, country music connects you to childhood memories and it gives off vibes that remind you of how you grew up.

I know for me personally, I grew up in a country environment and I was raised listening to those songs so every time, I listen to country music it connects me to old memories I have and my property out in Yakima.

Country is also superior because it lightens up the mood, the vibes it gives off are similar to a bonfire with friends or going dancing with some family, either way it’s something that can bring a smile to everyone’s faces.

Lets not forget about the extremely attractive country artists like Morgan Wallen, Sam Hunt, Kenny Chesney, Brett Young, and of course Carrie Underwood.

Which brings me to my next point, country artists have better voices compared to popular rap artists. Listening to rap artists, I always have a hard time understanding their words and knowing what the messages of the song are.  

Country is the superior genre because it helps fuel multiple emotions with its lyrics in either upbeat or sad ways, it connects you to old childhood memories and reminds you of fun times, and because the artists are better than others in multiple ways.
