Many people go to see these beautiful tulip festivals at that time of year when spring comes around! Whether you’re going with your family or friends it’s a great way to start the spring season. All of the beautiful colors of all of the flowers are a good reminder of new beginnings and greater things to come this year. Each year these amazing events showcase many fields of tulips in a variety of different colors 

Some tulip festival locations in Washington state include the main Skagit Valley Tulip Festival, Middletons Tulip Festival, and Spring Bloom Tulip Festival at Knuston Farms. The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival is located in Mount Vernon, WA from April 1- 30. It’s a driving tour that showcases all of the beautiful tulips and gardens. It is a very popular tulip festival to attend so you definitely will see crowds of people on the weekends. Blakely Boyle, a student at Maple View Middle School says, “The best tulip festival is most definitely the Skagit Tulip Festival! It is full of so much color and absolutely beautiful. I love how whenever I visit that location it always seems to amaze me.” 

Many people go to tulip festivals because they offer a great experience and a great way to celebrate spring.  It’s also a great place to take pretty pictures and create memories. The colors on these farms are incredibly vibrant, ranging from pink, orange, yellow, red and more. There are also many tulip farms and festivals that allow you to pick your own tulips and bring them home with you. Jenny Trejo, an active gardener and visitor of these festivals says, “I always get the best pictures at these places! And not only that but me and my family make memories at these farms that will last a lifetime.”
